The GitHub organization currently has three visible members and repository collaborators. Roles below intentionally avoid invented job titles; add the human context that Git history cannot prove.

Keep this useful

Each person should add:

  • Their role and the outcome they are accountable for
  • The systems where they are the default reviewer
  • Decisions they can make independently
  • Decisions that require consultation or approval
  • Current focus and expected availability
