Product suite

SAGIO is one company with several cooperating products. The user-facing experience should feel coherent, while each application keeps a clear technical boundary.

  • Terminal · Android / Kotlin — Merchant point of sale for card, cash, and SAGIO wallet payments. Owns the in-person checkout experience and device-side payment orchestration.
  • Wallet · React / Capacitor — Customer balances, QR payments, transfers, and merchant relationships. Owns the consumer payment experience.
  • Merchant · React — Analytics, orders, products, customers, loyalty, and merchant settings. Owns the operator experience. The code currently lives in apps/dashboard.
  • API · Hono / Cloudflare Workers — Payment, authentication, merchant, and integration contracts. Owns authoritative server-side validation and state transitions.
  • Landing · React — SAGIO's public market story and conversion surface.

Shared product contract

The suite should agree on:

  • Merchant and customer identity
  • Exact money representation and currency
  • Order and payment identifiers
  • Authoritative payment states
  • Tenant isolation and permissions
  • Retry, idempotency, and recovery semantics
  • What a customer or merchant is told when state is uncertain

The SAGIO x402 facilitator is independently deployed and maintained. The monorepo may integrate with it; it must not duplicate its verify/settle logic.
