Merchant VIP memberships¶
Outcome: Merchants can configure and sell monthly VIP plans; customers can join, renew, and consume benefits safely across Dashboard, Wallet, API, and POS.

- Acceptance anchor: exact minor-unit accounting, tenant safety, idempotent renewals/redemptions, end-to-end UI states, focused tests
- Current state: implementation exists in a draft PR; required checks need a complete successful run
- Next decision: revise, verify the full cross-app surface, then decide whether it is ready for review
Receipt settlement integrity¶
Outcome: Fiat QR receipts preserve the settlement details required to explain and reconcile the payment.

Shopify payment and Terminal inventory integration¶
Outcome: Shopify merchants can use SAGIO Pay at checkout and keep in-person Terminal sales consistent with Shopify orders and inventory.

- Evidence: Issue #352
- Highest uncertainty: Shopify Payments Partner approval, extension access, and exact external lifecycle constraints
- First verified iteration: prove approved platform access and document the minimal supported payment/session lifecycle before building broad infrastructure
- State: backlog; no delivery date is claimed
Later · sequence after evidence¶
Future initiatives belong here only when they have a named owner and a reason they should follow the current work. Candidate areas include merchant intelligence, loyalty expansion, and additional commerce integrations. Move them into Next only after the riskiest premise has an inexpensive test.

Add a target date only after scope, owner, external dependencies, and acceptance conditions are known. An issue without those inputs is unscheduled—not late.
